A week that is! LOL! I seriously give up on trying to do this every day! I swear I am so busy from sun up to sun down and just pass it off for the next day but never get around to catching up the next day either.
Easter was great. Saturday we had a big egg hunt here in the culdesac with a ton of people. Paul parked the police car in the road to block off incoming traffic and the kids were able to hunt with no worries of being run over. We had a big BBQ and all the kids played and ate candy and ice cream cones all afternoon and all the adults gathered and chatted and laughed for hours. Finally at 4:30pm, everyone went thier own ways and we brought the kids in and gave them baths and did easter eggs and got them both in bed by 8:00. After that, me and Brian and Clover went across the street to roast marshmellows at Buffi's house and we finally called it a day around 10:30.
Sunday we got up and I made a nice breakfast and the kids enjoyed tearing through their easter baskets and when we were done, we all went to my moms house with Clover to have lunch and another egg hunt. The day went by fast but was so relaxing and just an overall great day. My kids have enough candy to get them through christmas!
This week is Sping Break. I have a few things lined up for the kids. Today we were supposed to go to the Zoo, but its going to be 86* so we are headed to the lake. I am still a bit burned from last friday's outing on the lake with Brian and the kids, so I have to be sure I am well sunblocked! I have some running around this morning to do and then we will be leaving by 2:00 to go. I know it will be me and the kids, Jennifer and her son, and Tiffany and her kids. I am looking foward to relaxing with my friends and kids!
Well, at the moment all I can do is go over the week's itinerary and I wont do that since it will likely change anyhow! I kow we are trying to have a garage sale this weekend to make some money for the fence since we are way down money wise with the 2 big things we need to pay towards, my mom and the fence! So wish me luck that people want my crap! LOL! The fence is schedualled for the 24th and/or the 25th at this moment and I really hope that doesnt change again. I really want to get this done once and for all.
