Christmas Parade Tomorrow!!

We are so excited!! Tomorrow we are taking the kids to Atlanta for the big Children's Healthcare Christmas Parade!! There will be floats and vendors and lots of great things and the Big Guy in Red himself!!!! We will be sure to post pictures when we get home. Looks like we will go to the parade tomorrow and maybe go ahead and get our christmas tree on Sunday! woohoo!! I will post a picture of it too, but I don't think we are going to go with the traditional 9+ footer because I have a feeling it is going to be VERY difficult with Laci, Topher, 2 cats and 2 puppies to even keep it STANDING for 23 days let alone looking nice! HA!

Holy crap, 22!!!! Man it seems like just yesterday *I* was 22....now I am an old fart! LOL.

A Very Special Anniversary!!

A very special congratulations to my grandmother and grandfather for just celebrating their **twenty-fifth** wedding anniversary!! The silver year couldnt have come for a better couple! Through trials and tribulations, and living up to their vows, "for better or worse, sickness and in health, for richer and for poorer", they have!! My grandparents have been through thick and thin and still have come out on top as a loving couple to strive to compare to. I would like to say "Happy Anniversary" to one heck of a couple and say thank you for showing me that love has no stipulations, and that with enough love and compassion, a long marriage is attainable. Thank you and here's to another year of love and devotion!!

My Black Friday!!

Black Friday was GREAT! Even though my mom and I didnt shop together this year, I took david with me and he was so fun! We cracked up from 30 seconds in the car til I dropped him off! We were outside of Toys R Us at 3:05am....everyone wanted the Ipod thing, I think I was the only one in line at that time that was there for actual toys!!! The local news station was there and I "thought" I made the news but I guess I wasnt purty enough and I was edited out. :( It was a mess though! I didnt get either item I went for, but I made up for it!!! LOL, I think we spent close to 550.00 today! (Thanks to brians Grandpa!!!) Laci and Topher got so much great stuff! I am so excited for christmas morning! :)
We met with Santa for lunch with all the mommys and daddys to go over christmas lists and I think we have it all squared away now!! Looks like both the kids are on the "Nice" list!! Woohoo!! :)
I am too tired to really go over the play by play, but I wanted to share some of the fun of the day!!

A sad situation...

Well, last night Brian went to go get formula for Laci at publix, and on his way out of the parking lot seen a box with a puppy crawling out of it in the field next to Zaxby's. He pulled over and went to see what was going on, (mind you it was about 40* by this time and the wind was whipping around), so he goes up to the box and there is one puppy crawling out of it and one more asleep inside!! Poor little things were a vomitty mess. :( So we are going to keep them for a while and see if we can find good homes for them! :)
