Good morning everyone! Hope your weekend was as good as it can be. Today is the first of a mere four day work week for us, so I get to pretend today is Tusday! LOL!!! This weekend was pretty good. Saturday I took Christopher to get his hair cut and Brian took him to see Wall-E at the theater. We had one quick bad showing and I took a nap afterwards. For the most part it was just a lazy day.
Saturday night my mom and Steve babysat for us so we could go eat dinenr at Red Lobster for our 5 year anniversary. (we celebrate both anniversaries of getting married and starting to date) We made it an early night though and were home by 9:45.
Sunday we went grocery shopping and yet again were SHOCKED at how well we did at walmart!! We re-arranged the garage and had another showing. Yet again we just piddled around the house with not a lot to do.
Today has been kinda cloudy and rainy on and off so we have stayed in. I called and checked on our reservation and all is well. We are all set to come on in on the 18th!!
Wow, I cant believe we only have 17 days left til we are leaving!!! And a whole week! Wow....just wow!!

Good Luck Grandpa!!
Today My Grandpa is starting his treatment for his bladder cancer....we are all behind you standing strong Grandpa!!!!!

And tomorrow we are in the TEENS!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!
Yesterday I managed to clean the whole house, finish laundry, go to the gym for a good workout and go to the mall and buy a bathing suit!!! I hope it looks as good as Brian says to everyone in florida!!
Brian has a long day at work today and Laci woke up at 657 screaming....something tells me I have a loooong day ahead of me! ugh!!
Today I am doing a whole lotta nothing. I think we may be going to my mom's tonight but nothing has been planned for sure yet. We have had NO showings in weeks now...so I have been bummed a lot about that. I think if we dont go to my moms tonight then I may pop over alone tomorrow. Welll...
THREE MORE WEEKS!!!
Wow, when I left my grandparents house in March I scrolled through my calendar and seen I had 15 weeks and 4 days....and now I am *finally* down to a mere 21 days!!!! I have had the sloooooowest week in history this week too! oh my! I feel like every hour is taking 3! But its thursday and I will be going to the gym tonight. (I drove all the way there last night only to throw up so I came home...I was feeling off) So tonight is gym, today is pool, tomorrow is Friday so I may take the kids to the mall and then play, I am also going to try and jog tomorrow night. Saturday morning I am getting up and heading out to the mall to look for a better bathing suit. (so not fun!) and saturday night is me and Brians 5 year anniversary dinner...and we ACTUALLY have a babysitter!!!! Holy schnikes!!! We are going to red lobster! yum! (Thanks mom!!

A Sad Loss....
This week we have loss my Grandpa's sister Lynda. We are all very saddened by this unexpected loss so suddenly. Today we will be taking a moment for her, and for my Grandma and Grandpa.

another MIA spell...
Well hello, hello! I had a very busy week with the kids and family life so I have again let way too much time pass on here to possible recal everything that has happened.
Lets see...
Monday Laci had her 1 year check up (3 months late, lol) and she is 24 pounds and 31" long!!! Wow! Hard to believe that 15 months ago (yay she is 15 months!!) she was 7 pounds 9 ounces and only a wee 19"!! She went from being my little peanut to my chunky butt!!! She had 4 shots and of course she screamed and she was given some treatment options for her chronic constipation. I also went to the gym and we had a pretty good day all around.
Tuesday we went to the pool and hung around the house trying to kill time as usual. I dont really recall too much so not much must have happened.
Wednesday I went to the gym, I know that, lol. But other than that I am not really remembering much.
Thursday we had a nice day at home. We did sparkelers with Topher and the neighbors kids at night and I got to talk to my Grandma for a long time on the phone and brian got to talk to my grandpa for a long time too! We took the kids to the pool late in the evening and Brian got to go too!
Friday Topher had his 4 year check up for his Pre-K stuff. He passed his vision, and did ok on his hearing (he has to repeat it in the fall) and his little butt is only 40" and 38 pounds. (for you math challeneged, he is only 9" and 14 pounds bigger ast FOUR, than his baby sister is at 15 months, lol) He also had to get shots, 4, and I am fairly sure he screamed more than Laci did!!! Friday night me and Tiffany went out again. But this time the band AND the DJ sucked so so bad. We finally left in digust at 1am and came home. I had a ton of fun with her, but we danced all of one song and it was so boring we were yawning our heads off. Dinner at Bahama Breeze was awesome though!!!
Saturday we took the kids to the big park in woodstock and packed a picnic lunch. The weather was cloudy with a nice breeze and felt almost cool out! The kids had a great time and played and played! After that, we took brian home to lay laci down and I took Topher to the local library to get his very own first library card. We checked out 6 books (our limit for our first visit) and he really enjoyed looking through so many books and picking ones out for bed time! So far we have read, "Giraffes Can't Dance", and "Blue's Family Pictures". After that we went to Michael's Crafts and I got some more scrapbooking stuff to get back to that hobby of mine, and then to Publix for the weekly groceries. We came home, picked up brian and laci and headed to BJs for some bulk items we needed and then came home. We went to the pool and then took the kids home and got them to sleep.
Yesterday was Six Flags...
It went as well as I thought it would. It was a little easier having the wagon, but it was a hot miserable day. Brian and Joey got to only ride the Goliath and me and Joey took Christopher on the Monster Plantation. Topher got to ride a few rides in Bugs Bunny World, but that was it. It was so hot and Laci never napped and the lines were so long and the day just sucked. I felt so bad for Joey because he didnt get to ride crap...and I still feel bad. I feel the need to "make it up" to him. :( Oh well....
Anyhow now it is MONDAY, bleh! LOL. But I have a lot going on each weekend now through the 26th of July so I will take my slow weeks with the kids! No showings this weekend (we had one but timing issues made me make the call for no show) but I have a feeling we may get one or two this week. Rome wasnt built in a day right?!?! *sigh*

Good Monday Morning...
1st and foremost...
HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!! since I missed posting yesterday I wanted to wish all the men who have stood up and become dads a very happy day!!
On to life otherwise...
We had zero showings again this weekend...I am hoping its because its fathers day weekend, but we had no showings anyways and that sucked. Friday night I went out to dinner and to go out to a local dance bar with my friend Tiffany. But during dinner we recieved a message on my phone that our other neighbor, Diana and Carlos had their baby boy! So we had to go to Kennestone to bring them flowers and a balloon. I sat in the waiting room while Tiffany went upstairs...and man, let me tell you how my heart yearns and aches sitting in that womens center at kennestone!! Not for a baby...no...for the ability to wear scrubs!!!!! I have that dream, that goal alive and kicking inside still! Sometimes it seems like its dying out, like a fire trying to burn too long, but then I drive through the area, or actually worse, SIT, in the hospital and it takes me over!!! I smile like a moron just looking around, I plan where I would have my breakfast or dinner, I plan which bathroom would be mine, I pretend that I am one of the RNs talking with the Doctors in my head and imagine that one day THAT will be ME!! Joking and talking to the doctors and other nurses, wheeling mommies and their brand new babies outside to dads fumbling with keys and carseats! ha! I am smiling right now just thinking about it...yes...the dream is still there, still burning, still very much alive. Apparently it has pearned to stay quiet with my hectic life as to not cause me any more stress and anxiety. But one day...one day I am going to be the best damned nurse Kennestone hospital has ever HAD!!!!
Anyways, lol, we went to the hospital then out to Wild West and I had such a good time with her! We are already planning our next night out! The place was so good for people watching and just for being relaxed and letting loose. Its not a stuffy bar and its not expensive. It was fun and we laughed and danced til almost 2am!!! Oops! haha! But luckily its all of maybe 5 minutes from our house so we got home quick.
Fathers day was nice, kinda boring, brian loved his stuff. I made breakfast and he had a big New York Strip for dinner. We played outside a lot and went out to wal-mart for groceries and a new carseat for Laci and thats about it. We just basically hung around the house. The kids went to be kind of late and I slept in the bed last night. All in all it was a good day!
Today I dont have anything planned yet, however, I am sure I will end up taking the kids to the pool or something :) and it GYM NIGHT!!!! I am honestly excited to get to go back tonight!!! My schedual is M-W-F and saturday morning this week. Sunday we are going to Six Flags! yay! Tomorrow starts the 30 day countdown too, omg!!! Freaking out!!! I cant wait to see you all!! I love you!!! (Now for some coffee and a redbull, lol)

Hello...
So here it is, thursday...I havent been to the gym but on monday....i suck, i know. Its not that I dont want to, its just we have a schedual around here and sometimes it gets messed up. I was supposed to go monday, wednesday, and friday...and then I like to go on one day during the weekend. Well Monday I went and felt great about doing so...even though they were doing some awards ceremony and I was the only wierdo in there clanging weights, lmao...but tuesday we had a little marital bump and by wednesday I just didnt have the umph to go. I pretty much did the exact opposite and layed in bed all night...today I have been very busy cleaning and taking the kids to the mall and target and going to the grocery store, I wasnt able to go to the gym to make up for last night tonight and tomorrow night I have promised to go out dancing with my friend Tiffany. (which is technically a workout) Saturday we are spending the first part of the day in Cumming to see Brians granparents for Father's day and Sunday *is* Father's day so I doubt I'll be leaving him to babysit while I trapse off to the gym. :( *sigh* I feel like a failure today. But next week is another week, and as long as I dont give up and accept that some weeks may be a bit, um, bumpy, then I can continue with my goals and work as hard as I can to get there, right? Anyone? *sigh*
Tomorrow I have another daytime showing. I was supposed to have one today but I had to reject it due to timing differences, but that person should be back next week instead. The one tomorrow is at 11:20 in the morning so we are working hard to get things in order. The pond tubing shifted sometime today and my pond is now empty and floating in the hole on water that used to be *in* it. I think I jinxed myself taking such braggety pictures yesterday. Braggety...a word? Perhaps? Meh..I like it...it stays! heehee

Welcome back to the work week!
So we all survived Monday (I hope!) I had a fairly long day, but it was nice to have Joey here at the house and we both agreed that we need to see more of him this summer since seeing him during the school year is almost impossible! We had a nice BBQ lunch with the neighbor Tiffany and her baby today of Hot dogs and beans. It was nice to grill out randomly on a monday though! Laci was her usual self all day...which I have come to realize is a major part of my monday blahs because I have help and a break from her all weekend, and then on moday I get a quick dose of reality, lol!!
I went to the the gym! Finally! After 2 weeks of Strep throat and then a cold (and dont forget the broken toe I hobbled around with at the gym before that!) I am finally well and finally able to get my butt to the gym! It took a lot of will power though! I really have gotten used to vegging out in the evenings and then with that drive, and the heat, ugh! I was not into it. But by the time I was done I was so happy I went and now I am sitting here feeling like a million bucks! :)
Thanks for all the comments on my page Lorie! Just wanted to take a second to tell you how awesome you are! And Amanda, I havent even met you (yet!) but you Rock my socks girl! Happy Sunday evening!
Well, the weekend was FABULOUS!!!
Saturday morning I ended up taking christopher with me to do my running around. I know it was supposed to be my morning away for me, but he was so sad I was leaving and I caved and took him with me.
We went to the antique store and it was so fun to walk around that place after so long! I seen about a million things I wanted including an old Pee Wee Herman doll like I had when I was a kid, LOL, mom, I am sure you fondly remember him! LOL!!! Then we went to the book store and I got 2 new books (Star by Pamela Anderson, and a Silvia Bown book, I also got 2 Pre-k study books for christopher and I got him 2 regular books for bedtime, The Grouchy Ladybug, and Where The Wild Things Are. He loves them both already! After that, we went to the mall and got PaPa a birthday gift, and had lunch. By then I had a bit of a headache from the heat and we came home (after a stop for ice cream for christopher), and I had a rest for a few hours. Then We got up and went to see Kung Fu Panda (awesome awesome movie!!) and had dinner at Red Lobster. It was so cool and sweet to have a whole day with my little boy. I really felt like we reconnected again! :) He is the best kid in the whole world!!
Then we found out we had our first offer on the house! Even though it was nothing we could work with, it was still an offer! (They wanted a lease purchase with a purchase date of August 2009...ummm no) Today we got Joey and went to look at 4 houses...none were what we were looking for though. :( But its ok, we still had fun. I took Joey and Christopher to the pool for the second time this evening, and now Christopher is asleep, Laci is asleep, and Brian and Joey are watching Rambo. I am just catching up on here...laughing at some rediculous comments left by pathetic people...and then stretching out and getting a good night's sleep!

(They wanted a lease purchase with a purchase date of August 2009...ummm no) Today we got Joey and went to look at 4 houses...none were what we were looking for though. :( But its ok, we still had fun. I took Joey and Christopher to the pool for the second time this evening, and now Christopher is asleep, Laci is asleep, and Brian and Joey are watching Rambo. I am just catching up on here...laughing at some rediculous comments left by pathetic people...and then stretching out and getting a good night's sleep!

This is My FAMILY'S blog...
My grandmother is a daily reader of my Blog....
have some dignity as a HUMAN being and keep your nasty cussing OUT of my family blog!!! I dont cuss in this blog because of my Grandmother...TRY to be something above scum and do the same....I am not totally surprised I have seen this, as I am fairly sure who that was...however, some class would be appropriate.
Zoe, You can read anything you want out of context. I said goodbye to Sassy in a polite manner. I in no way shape or form meant it would please you as I was direcing it towards the scumbag type people who felt it neccessary to cuss me on a blog viewed by my GRANDMOTHER!!! I thought we covered this the other night, I thought it was understood I wasnt comming back. We never got to finish our conversation. I do know that.
Please dont make me disable comments on my own blog people. It is a nice way to keep in daily contact with my grandmother in our very busy lives.
I also had GOOD reasoning behind trying to view things on that message board that I am sure wont be relayed because as usual I am made to be something that I am not.
As for my fan who felt the need to cuss me in front of my family, I hope that accomplished whatever warped goal you had set in your pathetic life. Man, must be sad to be you!

another fabulous showing!
Had another showing yesterday afternoon. Well evening I guess you could say, it was at 6Pm. Anyhow they stayed for over 15 minutes! I am telling you in house hunting time thats a long frigging time! ha! They also looked at the house across the street (vacant belonging to my enemy neighbor of almost 4 years *enemies not vacant for 4 years to clarify) and me and Tiffany watched from the window...they went in at 6:18...they came out at 6:19!! OMG! I knew it is supposedly nasty as can be in there but I didnt realize it was THAT bad!! eww!
So after that they stood in my yard again for a good 10 minutes talking to the realtor and the she got on the phone and stayed on the phone fot a minute and then finally they all left. I dont know if they will put an offer in, but I was quite pleased to see the difference in show times! (yes I am evil, and no, when it comes to this I dont care!)
On a side note...
Sassy. I will miss you girl. Email me and I will get you my number. I've been found out and banned again. I know that pleases other people tremndously but will likely make you sad. I love you girlie. :)

Hello Thursday...
This day is going by so slow! I cannot believe its not even 2 yet! I have cleaned the house, packed away old clothes, vacuumed upstairs, and packed Laci's garbage bag full of my little ponies and i *still* have 5 hours left before brian is home! UGH!
So saturday is going to be great. I am waking up, making breakfast, and then I get to go walk around a local antique shop that i LOVE oh so much and havent been in in years I think. Then I am going to go fiddle around at the mall, then that afternoon me and Christopher are going to see "King Fu Panda" at the movie theater and then just me and him are going to go to dinner at Red Lobster!! We *never* get alone time like that and I think it will be really good for us. I miss just spending time with him alone, and in 2 months he starts Pre-K and then I will get even less time with him. I told brian I want to start doing stuff on an individual basis with him because it isnt fair he went from only to oldest child and there was no buffer time for him to adjust. I just feel like he has been pushed to the back burner a little, and thats not cool.
Sunday we are going in the afternoon to look at some houses! I know I swore off house looking until we sold, but I cant stand it anymore!! There are 6 I think we are going to look at and I know 2 of them have serious potential by online pictures! I hope we see some stuff we like!
We ordered the beach cabana for the kids this week and we also bought a new canopy since ours finally passed away on christophers birthday...after 10 years almost! It is HUGE but totally awesome and I know its gonna be great for the pool in florida!!!
Well, Laci is whining so I better get to gettin'. Hope you all have a happy...and faster moving...Thursday!

Sorry....been MIA....
Its been a crazy few days now. Lets see...we are getting over the COLD that we all got after the strep throat. That has sucked pretty bad. I am on day 8 of being sick, and quite frankly I am about to go insane!
This weekend was CRAZY for home showings!!! I expected it to be busier when summer kicked in, but we had FIVE showings!!! And one couple really really liked it and are talking to their lender this week and getting back with our realtor and maybe coming to see it again next weekend!!!! woohoo!!!!!
I am giving the quick notes here, as Laci is sleeping and I have killed most of her naptime screwing off putting a canopy together.
This morning I finally took the kids out of the house to target, and man, they are hard to handle. Laci still isnt walking and she wants to get down and crawl and when I dont let her, she can throw a tantrum with the best of 2 year olds! ugh!
Brian is sick with the cold, but him and Laci made it through and never got the strep, thank God.
We are getting the van next weekend for a week to get an idea if I think we can drive it around in and to florida in FORTY FOUR DAYS~~WOOT!..and to make a final choice if we will use it or not on the trip. We are working on things for the trip and already making plans and getting more and more excited! I know I cant wait!!
Everything else is same old same old. We are going this weekend to look ata few houses as our realtor thinks we sill sell within this month! eek!! Of course we know thats a guess, but you never know!!
