So its October!

Wow, thats hard to believe! I know its technically the second of october, but I was so busy yesterday I never got a chance to get on and say anything. So, lets see...hmmm...October, what do we have in store for us? I think we are taking the kids to Fernbank one weekend, going to the cherokee county Pig-Nic on the 17th, the apple festival in ellijay the 18th, burt's pumpkin farm the weekend before Halloween and then of course ending the work week and the month on a Friday night for Halloween! We talked with our realtor and now that we are getting into the holiday season we have decided that we want to be put on the "back burner" so to speak for our business. No more open houses and no more pushing to sell now until we renew in February. I actually feel a weight relieved already. The last open house yielded not one person and I am over stressing about this house for now. I have a LOT going on in the next 3 months and it ALL takes priority over the house!
Brian is 2 weeks away from his 3 year mark with Ed Voyles and it will be interesting to see if he gets his most needed and much deserved raise. *crosses fingers*.
Not a lot new going on with the kids, life is life...sometimes slow as molasses and sometimes so fast its scary. They are both getting so big though. Christopher is leaving behind the baby/toddler years quickly and becoming a little boy. He loves all that is Halloween and spends his time drawing and coloring and playing with friends. I swear it seems like I was just telling my mom I was pregnant and seeing that little boy part on the ultrasound 2 days before christmas telling me my whole world was about to be rocked with lack of knowledge of raising a boy!! And Laci, she is still my sweet baby at times, but her baby years are also starting to fizzle and she is becoming this hellion toddler that has got me on high alert 24/7! ha! My two babies. I love them so much it pains me sometimes. Whenever I feel like I am starting to sink in the daily grind, I just remind myself how very very blessed I am and remember how precious every day is that God has given me with my kids and my best friend and husband.
Anyways, enough mushy mushy...
I am taking laci to the park this morning with my friend Tiffany and her daughter for a bit. (we are walking, that should be fun) and then it will be another whirl wind day I am sure. Last night we invited the neighbors and their kids over and we fired up the fire pit and cooked hotdogs and smores! It was so nice and so fun! We will deffinately have to do that again soon!
Welp, I am off to enjoy the next 7 minutes before princess Laci must be awoken. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

♥ Robin
