My dear Granddaughter, now who wouldn't get along with you? You're a wonderful person and one day you'll realize that. What does Thanksgiving Day mean to me??? Well it's about love of family and friends. Our friends become part of our family and we love them for their support and caring.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could celebrate Thanksgiving 365 days of the year...well we can. We have so much to be grateful for, a good and loving husband, beautiful healthy children. a loving family, a warm home and food, things we take for granted. In Daytona right now and around the world, people are standing in the cold on line with small children, at Urban Ministries and churches for a basket of food to feed their families. We have so much more than they do, but sometimes I think they're happier in their own ways.We have to be thankful for our troops overseas protecting us and keeping our nation free. Most of all as we say grace. lets thank God for giving us life and being able to sit around the table with our families. Grandpa and I will be there in love and spirit. May your table be blessed and bestowed with the love of Jesus.
