Well, here it is! The monday before Christmas! WOW! What a fast approaching day! Its a very cold 19* outside this morning with a windchill of only 8*, but it wont last long as Christmas day is looking like 60s and rain. I am so over the rain. It was wierd to see the sun yesterday and now just like that it will be gone again, bleh! The warm I can suck it up and get over, but with the rain, that just makes things icky and nasty! yuck yuck yuck!
This weekend was my big chance to collect bankets from family and I walked away empty handed. I am so saddened by this and will do a better job next year! I will be passing them either tonight or wednesday night and brian will be passing 2 tomorrow morning on his way to work.
Speaking of work, Brian has been given off Christmas eve for the first time (although it came without pay! bleh!) and already had time off on friday so he is looking at a 5 day weekend starting tomorrow night! Its cool that today is like his Thursday! It makes mondays a little less icky! haha!
So its Monday, christopher starts his winter break today and I am not putting anyone on much of a schedual for the next 2 weeks. I am going to let them both sleep in and stay up late if they want and I know they are looking foward to christmas too! I am done wrapping finally, except for one last thing I have to pick up tonight from walmart for Christopher. Then I will be done! I am hoping my brothers can stay christmas eve since I thought it would be fun if we all stayed up late playing wii games while waiting for santa! :) I am also making a big turkey dinner christmas eve and I am excited as much as the kids this year! ha!
Well I hope you all have a very merry day and enjoy each others company!
I love you all!

Good Morning my thoughtful Granddaughter, Sorry the blankets of love didn't turn out as you expected. You tried...and think of the people who will receive those comforts of warmth, and feel good about that. Wouldn't it be nice if everyone in the world was as caring as you?If I lived closer I would have helped with your Christmas project. Maybe next year if Grandpa gets better, we can all help. Meanwhile we let things go and enjoy the holidays and thank God for all he's given us. I love you and I'll talk to you soon.
