We went to the funeral today. I can't explain how sad it was. But it is done, and the kids did pretty good. It was hard to see everyone hurting so so bad. Christopher let me know he also was sad and didnt want to be there, but he was happy to see everyone still.
Now comes the healing process...
I know it will take a long time and some will never heal completely, but we will all heal to an extent in due time.
As I have said over and over, Ann, Michael, Lauren....if you guys need anything, we are only a call away. We love you guys.

I always start my day by reading Four Ps In A Pod. My heart goes out to you and the family.I only met Brian's grandparents and sister, but I know he has a kind and loving family. We lose people in our lives, but we have to live with the sadness of that loss. Time is a good healer and life will continue to go on.We'll always live with the love and good memories,we carry them in our hearts. The kids will enjoy Christmas. and I know you'll put on a happy face for them. I'm so proud to have you for my kind and caring granddaughter, you are very special to us. Remember we're only a call away too...if you want to talk or need something. We're looking forward to seeing you all very soon.
