omg we are SOOOOOOOOO excited!!!!!
we had a guy call us about our house after we posted a link on craigslist for it just for the hell of it, and Brian thought it could be just someone curious but nothing serious so he referred him to our realtor. The guy lives with his wife and 2 kids in an apartment in kennesaw and supposedly loved the look of our house. Well Christian calls brian back a few hours later and tells him the guy went and got a pre-qualification letter after talking with brian and set up a showing TODAY at 11am!!!
I swore to myself I wouldnt Get this excited but I cant help it!! I am FREAKING out!!!

**UPDATE**
Well this pretty much sums up how I feel right now:
The morning was crazy getting everyone ready to go out to the house to look it over again and finish getting this one ready to show. Topher is sick...AGAIN! And he was having a hard time getting it together to leave, then we *finally* get out of here and get to the house (late) just to hear that the person looking at our house called and Cancelled the viewing this morning...ARGGGGG!!!
So here I am bored to DEATH, we didnt put the contingency in yet because we are waiting on some neighborhood stats to come in, and we didnt have anyone look at our house today and its supposed to rain like 6 or the next 7 days so chances are there will be NO showings this whole WEEK either!! ARGGGGG!!
So thats it...thats our lovely unproductive day...we got our house even MORE empty...seen a house for a second showing and STILL didnt do anything with it....and went to chuck e cheese with the kids (topher swore he was well enough to go and now him and laci are passed out in their rooms) and thats it....nothing more. And its only 2:38 so this is likely to be a VERY long boring day for me...I need retail therapy! LOL

It's all about paitence. You had me going, though. I though once I got to the end of your post, you were going to tell us it was sold. We had so many people cancel on us when we were selling ours, and it would piss me off!

yeah it sucked so bad to bust our butts so bad to get it all done AND get to a house on time at 9am this morning to find out they cancelled! UGH!
