Tuesday Morning...

Let me start by saying

I LOVE MY GYM! :)

Ok now the resoning behind that little outburst is this; I have such a good time working out there and love the environment so much that even crampy with a headache I managed to get my sweat on last night and when I left you know what went through my mind? "Oh crap. Now I have to wait til wednesday to come back"! I was *actually* upset that I have a wait before I can make my way back there again! How off the wall is that?!? So there you go, I love my gym! :) This weekend I am going to get an actual gym bag together for myself so I can carry extra waters and stuff to freshen up with after as well as any thing else I may need there. :) Oh and a lock, so far I am playing my luck on not having anything stolen from a purse in an unlocked locker. Eeek!

So it is Tuesday. Joey is doing great with us. He has decided he would rather stay here tonight than at his friend Alex's house which is sweet. He has been fun to have an I hope we move closer to that area soon so we can spend more time with him. :)
We started bringing all of our stuff back last night from my moms house. We are goig to try and do a truckload a day until it is all back and organized against the wall in our garage and potential buyers will just have to overlook it all.

The house is priced well now, or should I say finally, and even Brians grandfather wants us to make arrangements to start looking at homes again because he is confident that we will end up without a home if we dont. So thats a good sign if the main man in charge thinks we are going to sell quickly now. I am trying to put myself in the mindframe that this is the first year we are truly selling the house b/c last year was more of a bad test run. We are now at 134,500 and that is a fantastic price and actually lower than some of the more recent sales in the neighborhood. We still have some things against us like the open floor plan upstairs and the hill in the back yard but its a good price nonetheless. The woman who seen the house this weekend loved the house a lot, but has twin 5 year old boys and the loft and back yard scared her at their ages. The house she seen right after ours she fell in love with and made an offer. I have to say congrats to that seller as you never know how long they have been waiting too. I know ours will come. It has to now! **fingers crossed everyone!**

Anyhow Topher is back at school and today I have some normal down time. I will probably go get Joey after school and not make Brian do it.
