Another Monday...
Busy weekend this weekend, we decided to do more than just sit around the house.
Friday was a beautiful day of 63* and sunny. So I took the opportunity to clean up my island in the back yard. I moved all the rocks and raked all the old mulch out of it, vacuumed the pond out and cleaned all the grass and weeds out of the area. Then I took the kids to home depot and got some new red mulch for the island and came home and spread it out and put the rock border back and filled the pond with fresh water. I must say that even though it is barren from not having any plants really in it (or in season if they are), the island looks a million times better!
Saturday we decided to go look at houses. My mom and Joey actually babysat laci and christopher for us for the 4 hours we were gone and that made it so much easier! We looked at 10 houses, including one from last year that has gone from owned to forclosed on that I am in love with. We hated 8 of the 10 houses. The one from last year is now at a crazy 128,900 and I have never felt such love for a home. I think I would do anything for it in the world. We are attempting a contingent offer on it today but we are 99.99% sure they wont take it, which only makes me seriously want to cry as it is 100000% the home I want to grow old in. :( I cannot stop thinking about this house all day and night. If any of you can, please send a prayer that we get the offer accepted today!!! ***ohpleaeohpleaseohpleaseohplease* If we had the money and our house sold we would have bought it saturday. Thats how much we love this house!!
So yesterday was pretty dull. I skipped the gym all 3 days because I have 3 swollen painful lumps in the back of my neck. They are getting better and of course I was terrified when they first emerged, but I think I pulled a muscle really bad when I scooped up Topher off the trampoline when he got hurt last week, and the pain is the muscle and the lumps are my lymph nodes. So I rested this weekend but I am back at the gym tonight.
Well this whole week christopher is off at 12 noon so I need to get going and try to get some stuff done. I hope you all enjoy your Monday!

Good Morning back my dear Granddaughter. Looks like you've been a busy bee getting the pond looking nice again. My yard is a mess and I'm gonna have to find someone to help me in the Spring. Between going to the doctors several times a week, gym with Chris, cleaning, cooking, taking care of Grandpa, there's just not enough hours in the day to get it all done anymore. I'll give you a call this week and we can talk,,,keep up your gym and healthy lifestyle!!!!

I can't believe you guys haven't sold your house yet. I know it's driving you crazy. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys.
p.s. Have you considered switching agents?? Or doing it, For Sale By Owner? That is what we did. As soon as I took ours off the market and did it ourself, it sold 3 wks later!
Sounds great on the house. Great time to be buying. Looking forward to the jewelry party. Please don't let me spend too much!!
