Happy Friday Folks...

Its a beautiful spring day already and I am anxious to get to this beautiful weekend! Today I have about ohhhh 400 loose ends to tie up for the party tomorrow. I am having lunch with my mom at Chcik fil A and hoping she can get me a discount on the trays I have ordered there for the party tomorrow. Teehee! Then I have to start prepping the house for showings again. It is over on the first sale, and at this point after 2 days of "mourning" we are ready and pumped to get this house sold again!! We are all confident that a coventional loan appraisal is going to be higher and we know that we are 100% anti-VA loan now. We have an open house next sunday, a month and a half to get into our apartment, and a renewed fuel and drive to git-r-done! Today I am going to go buy some pretty flowers at lowed and fill in my bare flower bed outback to make me feel better. We are touching up paint in the livingroom, and have a bunch of odd jobs to do.
Tomorrow is the bday party! Yay! I cant believe its the day before my baby girl's 2nd birthday party! *tears* This last year has flown by and I know a lot of it has to do with the house being up for sale and a lot of time and energy put into it, I am praying for a quick sale again now so I can go back to looking foward to a relaxing year (or two) of just living for the family. Her party will be so pretty! I am excited to get up and decorate everything and I am anxious to see how many people show up since in all the stress of things I *never* got around to sending invites! :( Its been word of mouth only! oy! I am completely scatter brained anymore and more forgetful than I have ever been in my life!
Sunday for Laci's birthday we are heading to the Atlanta zoo!! :) I absolutely loved it last year and I know Laci will flip out with all the animals now since she is in LOVE with all animals!! I am super excited for that too! :)

Well I need to go get a gazillion things done! I will post pictures tomorrow after the party!
