So its over, temporarily.
We are back at square one. With 9 days to go, and a max of 1.5 months to take advantage of our dream apartment before kissing it goodbye, our house sale fell through. The VA appraisal went crazy and only appraised us at 116,500. Thanks to the 15 foreclosures in our neighborhood we have lost ALL of our equity and are not far from chipping into the original 15k down payment. As of right now, we are just numb and in shock...and...back on the market. We could see a conventional loan bring us closer to our 125k asking price, but this neighborhood is shot...we will never see the original price again and likely not even in the mid 120s.
Please pray for a miracle for us. :(
Until some other day, I am off to focus on my baby girl's birthday party. Talk to everyone next week.

I am so sorry to hear this! It'll be back up, but probably not for about 3 yrs.
Why don't you guys just stay there a little longer??
My Four Ps In A pod Family,we're so sorry that your lives have so many twists and turns. Just hang in there, God has a special plan for you and the family...YES HE DOES! I hope Laci has a nice birthday and you can forget your troubles for the day. You're in our prayers!
